Shipping Within New Zealand
Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00
Flat rate of $7.00 for all orders under $150.00 excludes Non Urban and Rural Delivery.
Flat rate of $10.00 Shipping for Non Urban and Rural Delivery within New Zealand. 
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
We will send you a confirmation email of shipment and a tracking number. 
Please allow 2-3 days delivery time depending on your location and a signature is not required.
Please allow extra time for rural areas.
Shipping To Australia 
Shipping to all parts of Australia, including P O Boxes and rural locations are charged a flat rate of $20.00 (NZD)
We currently only ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please remember, as all our pieces are lovingly handmade and often made from recycled fabric, the precise dimensions, colour and fabrics will potentially differ between each piece and your piece may vary slightly from the picture.

We will not accept a return or issue a refund for the above reasons or for loose threads, stains, cracked mirrors, knicks, dents, pencil, pen, measurements marking and signs of general wear and tear on the exterior or interior of our items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless it is faulty.*

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We are in most cases happy to exchange an item if you change your mind, however exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive an exchange card depending on the customers choice. If you do receive an exchange card it must be used within 7 days from the purchase date. If you choose to exchange your item you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later the gift giver must make contact within 7 days to have an exchange card issued.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
